Worldwide standard delivery
- Standard worldwide shipping is $4.95 (Free for orders over $100)
- Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
- Some packages may get held up by customs offices and take a little longer. Particularly customers ordering from Brazil and Mexico should allow up to 30 days for delivery.
EXPRESS delivery (USA)
- Spend up to $99.99 express shipping is $10 (duty paid) expected within 14-17 working days.
- Spend up to $149.99 express shipping is $15 (duty paid) expected within 14-17 working days.
- Spend over $150 express shipping is $25 (duty paid) expected within 14-17 working days.
EXPRESS delivery (Australia)
- All express shipping orders are $10. Delivery expected within 17-19 working days.

Returns & Exchanges
You can refund or exchange items, unless specified, that you are not happy with within 26 days.
Please note: the item you are returning should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
To refund or exchange your item(s) just follow the steps below:
- Fill out the returns and exchange form on the back of your delivery note that came with the order. Please indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund.
- Mail the item(s) to our Returns Department using the returns label provided on your packing slip. Please note: this is not a pre-paid label and you will need to pay the postage costs, however if you are sending it back for another item, there will be no further shipping costs to pay.
- Once we receive the package we will deal with your request for an exchange or refund and we will keep you up-dated via email on the progress of your request.
I have a problem with my order..

I have received the wrong order..
We would advise that you contact our Customer Care team here. Then email in your order details with the items that you have received incorrectly and our customer care team will help you out.
I have lost my return sheet, What do I do?
You can print out another returns sheet.
On your new printed sheet make sure to include below:
- Full name and address
- E-mail address
- Order Number

- We send you all the tracking information needed to ensure your package is delivered to the proper destination and on time.
